Andrew Garfield is Senior Fellow of the Foreign Policy Research Institute; European Director of the Terrorism Research Center in Washington, DC.; and Deputy Director, International Policy Institutte, King’s College (United Kingdom). He has been a Senior Policy Advisor to the UK Ministry of Defense and a Senior Military Intelligence Officer. He is currently directing a New FPRI project on post-conflict reconstruction, undertaken in cooperation with the Terrorism Research Center and King’s College.
FPRI’s Center on Terrorism, Counter-Terrorism, and Homeland Security sponsors a Situation Report on the War on Terrorism every two months. Offered as a public service, the Sitreps are free and open to the public. FPRI’s Center on Terrorism is supported in part by a grant from the Department of Community and Economic Development, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
On November 15th at the FPRI annual dinner Fouad Ajami was presented with the Seventh Annual Benjamin Franklin Public Service Award. The event was attended by over 360 people.
