Grayson, FPRI Senior Fellow and the Class of 1938 Professor of Government at the College of William & Mary; Susan Kaufman Purcell, Director of the Center for Hemispheric Policy at the University of Miami; and David Danelo, FPRI Senior Fellow and author of The Border: Exploring the US-Mexican Dividey.
