Alberto Bolívar, Senior Fellow, teaches revolutionary war, intelligence and geopolitics at the post-graduate schools of the Peruvian Armed Forces and National Police. He has published articles in newspapers and journals in Peru, Argentina, Great Britain and the United States. He is the author of the chapter on Peru in Yonah Alexander, ed., Combating Terrorism: Strategies of Ten Countries (Michigan University Press, 2002).
