James Sanzare, Senior Fellow, taught for over 35 years in the Philadelphia school system. He has conducted in-service training and written vast amounts of curriculum material. Dr. Sanzare, with degrees in European and Asian history and certificates in African studies and American government, has studied at universities in Ethiopia, Thailand, India, and Hong Kong. He has travelled the world, visiting some 200 countries and dependencies.
On November 15th at the FPRI annual dinner Fouad Ajami was presented with the Seventh Annual Benjamin Franklin Public Service Award. The event was attended by over 360 people.
Dr. John M. Templeton, Jr. was dinner chairman.
