Editor’s Note

At Orbis, we are saying goodbye and “job well done,” to Michael Horowitz, University of Pennsylvania, who has been our book review editor for several years. Beginning with our spring 2016 journal, we will welcome Chris Miller, a Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute, where he is now also Editor of The Baltic Bulletin. He is also Associate Director of the Grand Strategy Program at Yale, where he received his Ph.D. in history.

In our book review space in this issue, we feature a selection of books from 2015, which are recommended by some of FPRI’s scholars and advisors.
