David L. Asher
David L. Asher worked as a trade policy analyst for Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives in 1990–1993 and as a consultant for the Japan Desk in the Pentagon in 1994–1995. He is currently writing a doctoral thesis at Oxford University.
