Joel R. Hillison

Joel R. Hillison is a Professor of National Security Studies at the U.S. Army War College and an Adjunct Professor at Gettysburg College. He is the author of Stepping Up: Burden-sharing by NATO’s newest members, and spent three years working in NATO.
