William L. Conrad is a Principal with Horton Capital Management. A Philadelphia-based investment firm that uses a private equity approach to unlocking value in small and microcap public companies. He has held a broad range of portfolio management, securities trading, management, sales and client service positions with investment management firms over his career. Mr. Conrad serves on the Boards of both The Christopher Ludwick Foundation, and the Magee Rehabilitation Hospital. He is a graduate Georgetown University.
