Special Assistant to the President for Institutional Advancement
Eli S. Gilman is the Special Assistant to the President for Institutional Advancement at the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI), and has served in this position since January 2012. He was a Research Associate in FPRI’s Center on Terrorism and Counterterrorism from 2009-2011. Prior to joining FPRI, Mr. Gilman served in various positions with the Pennsylvania Office of Homeland Security from 2007 to 2009, in which his primary focus was the development and implementation of the Commonwealth’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. Mr. Gilman received his B.A. in Political Science from the George Washington University in 2005, and his M.S. in Public Policy from Drexel University in 2011.
