Nicholas A. Lambert has degrees from Oxford University in economics and in history.  His latest book, Planning Armageddon: British Economic Warfare and the First World War, was published in 2012 by Harvard University Press. His first book, Sir John Fisher’s Naval Revolution, won the Distinguished Book Prize from the Society for Military History.
