World Report

Since October 2012 I have been contributing a weekly blog entry over at U.S. News & World Report‘s “World Report” blog. Other contributors include Ted Galen Carpenter of the Cato Institute, Mackenzie Eaglen of the American Enterprise Institute, Andrew Natsios of Texas A&M, Robert Nolan of the Foreign Policy Association, Peter Pham of The Atlantic Council, and others.

In this week’s post I discuss a potential lesson learned about basing and access that the U.S. might learn from France’s intervention in Mali. I hope that you’ll check it out and let me know what you think.
