On February 9, 2005, FPRI conducted its ninth “Situation Report” on the War on Terrorism, featuring Drs. Michael Radu and Stephen Gale, co-chairs of FPRI’s Center on Terrorism, Counter-Terrorism, and Homeland Security, and Edward Turzanski, a Senior Fellow at FPRI’s Center on Terrorism. Alan Luxenberg, Vice President of FPRI, moderated.
FPRI’s Center on Terrorism offers a “situation report” on the war on terrorism every two months. Each briefing is free and open to the public, though reservations are required. FPRI’s Center is supported by a grant from the Department of Economic and Community Development, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Center focuses on identifying and analyzing potential terrorist threats and managing the risks for the benefit of the Commonwealth and the Nation.

On November 15th at the FPRI annual dinner Fouad Ajami was presented with the Seventh Annual Benjamin Franklin Public Service Award. The event was attended by over 360 people.
