Thai-Binh Elston is a Research Associate for the Asia Program at the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI). Her research covers economic development, sovereign debt, and climate policy. Prior to FPRI, Thai-Binh worked for AidData where she helped compile the world’s most comprehensive dataset on Chinese development finance. She was also awarded the 2019 Freeman Fellowship to intern in Mongolia with Gallup Poll’s in-country partner. Thai-Binh completed her Bachelor’s in Public Policy at the College of William & Mary.
