Foreign Policy Research Institute A Nation Must Think Before it Acts Can Europe Hold it Together?

About the Event

Ronald GranieriAs the problems in Europe mount – fiscal crisis, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, homegrown Islamist extremism, debates over immigration and national identity – concern over Europe’s future grows. Can Europe – and America – rebuild their ties to each other, respond effectively to these challenges, and carve out a more promising future? To explore these questions, we are pleased to feature Ron Granieri, the popular host of FPRI’s monthly program “Geopolitics with Granieri.” He is a specialist in Contemporary German and International History with degrees from both Harvard and the University of Chicago. He has taught at the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Syracuse University, Furman University, and the University of Tübingen.
