Cyber War: What It Will Look Like

About the Event

 

FPRI Senior Fellow Paul Springer will assess the cyber capabilities of the United States and its peer competitors within the cyber domain, and contrast cyber war with cyber terrorism, cyber crime, cyber espionage, while offering insight into the likely future uses of capabilities particularly in the context of interstate conflict.

 

A professor of comparative military history at the Air Command and Staff College, Springer is a captivating lecturer. He is the author of many books, including America’s Captives (University Press of Kansas, 2010); Military Robots and Drones (ABC-Clio, 2013); and America’s Wars: A Military History of the United States (Naval Institute Press, 2015).  He is the series editor of Transforming War and The History of Military Aviation, both the Naval Institute Press.
