Anatol Lieven

Anatol Lieven (Lieven@newamerica.net) is a senior research fellow at the New America Foundation in Washington, D.C. This essay is based in part on his latest book,America Right or Wrong: An Anatomy of American Nationalism (Oxford University Press, 2004; paper, October 2005). He is currently working on a book on ethical realist approaches to contemporary American policy, co-authored with John Hulsman of the Heritage Foundation.
