Bennet Scauzzo, CFA, is a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at BlackRock. In this role, he partners with financial advisors and financial professionals to build and manage customized and model-based Fixed Income portfolios and wealth management solutions for high-net-worth and institutional clients. His clients include corporations, individuals, endowments and foundations, pension funds, charitable and religious organizations, and trust portfolios.

Bennet has spent his entire career in fixed income and has over thirty years of experience in the taxable and tax-exempt fixed income markets, during which time he has navigated a wide assortment of market cycles and economic environments.

He has developed a deep expertise in credit analysis, risk management, and strategic asset allocation, making him a trusted advisor to his clients. Bennet’s dedication to providing tailored investment solutions is evident in his commitment to understanding each client’s unique financial goals and risk tolerance. His approach is characterized by a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive stance in adapting portfolio strategies to evolving market conditions.

Bennet is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, where he earned a BA in Natural Sciences. He earned an MBA in Finance from The Stern School of Business at NYU and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
