Bumguen Cho is a Visiting Resident Senior Fellow in the Asia Program at the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI). He also works as a Consul in the Korean Consulate in Philadelphia. 

Cho has served in multiple roles with the Republic of Korea’s National Police Agency and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in postings across the globe. He is interested in risk management, international trade, and taxation issues.
