Colonel Jerad Harper

Colonel Jerad Harper is a U.S. Army officer and instructor at the U.S. Army War College where he teaches graduate level courses on national security, foreign policy, Middle East and Indo-Pacific security issues, and security cooperation.  He has served on staffs at U.S. Central Command and Multi-National Force-Iraq and his overseas tours include Iraq, Afghanistan, and Bosnia.  He is presently a PhD candidate in International Relations and Comparative Politics at George Mason University.
