Elene Melikishvili

Elene Melikishvili holds a PhD in international relations from the Department of War Studies, King’s College London. Her thesis is about securitisation of political narratives during the 1980s in Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. She has been working on the political issues in the South Caucasus for almost a decade. Previously she did her MA in IR at the Webster Graduate School. She worked for the Ministry of Justice of Georgia as well as several non-governmental initiatives during the 2000s. Her interests include the South Caucasus, foreign policy analysis, Russia and the Eastern Europe.
