Elizabeth Hoffman is the Executive Director for North America at the ONE Campaign, a global advocacy organization that fights extreme poverty and preventable diseases. She was formerly the director of Congressional and Government Affairs for the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and has held leadership roles at the National Endowment for Democracy and the George W. Bush Institute, and has worked as a staffer in the US House of Representatives. She is a member of the Council of Foreign Affairs and a senior associate at CSIS. As the North American executive director for ONE, she is working to shift global narratives on Africa and push for significant new investments and resources to create healthier lives and economic opportunities on the continent.
