Foulie Psalidas-Perlmutter

Foulie Psalidas-Perlmutter, Senior Fellow at FPRI, is a clinical psychologist and an expert in conflict analysis and negotiations. She has been a member of the faculty at the Graduate Center for Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania since 1979, where she pioneered the interdisciplinary study of negotiations and conflict resolution. Dr. Perlmutter received her Ph.D. from the University of Athens, Greece, and she had her post-doctoral residency in Clinical Psychology at the Menninger Foundation in the U.S. as a Fellow of the World Health Organization. A multilingual scholar, Dr. Perlmutter has traveled extensively, did research, lectured, and/or practiced in Greece, France, Finland, Eastern Europe, Sweden, and Switzerland.
