Hung P. Nguyen is a Ph.D. candidate in international relations at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University from 1989 to 1992, he was a researcher at the Center for Naval Analyses, specializing in Soviet and Russian defense technology and military policy.
