Ilya Dyachkov

Ilya Dyachkov is Associate Professor at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). He is also Senior Expert at the MGIMO-based ASEAN Centre. In 2015, he was awarded a Ph.D. in History from MGIMO University. His research focuses on the Korean peninsula nuclear issue, and security and nuclear non-proliferation in Northeast Asia.
