Jessica Trisko Darden is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Virginia Commonwealth University and a Non-Resident Fellow at George Washington University’s Program on Extremism. She is the author of Aiding and Abetting: U.S. Foreign Assistance and State Violence (Stanford University Press, 2020), among other books.
