Jules Silberberg is a Senior Fellow in the Eurasia Program at the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI). He worked on Russian political-military issues, including strategic and conventional arms control, during diplomatic postings to Moscow and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna, at UE European Command in Germany, and in Washington. His earlier Air Force assignments included detail to the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.
