Justin Bernier

Justin Bernier ([email protected]) is a staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives. Prior to his position on Capitol Hill, Mr. Bernier was a war gamer at Science Applications International Corporation in Virginia and a member of the 2001 Quadrennial Defense Review Working Group at the National Defense University in Washington, D.C.
