With over 35 years of global business experience, Leslie Lane has held executive leadership roles as well as board roles across diverse industries, including CEO, President, Managing Director, CFO, and COO. He has expertise in strategy, marketing, operations, and finance, with a proven track record in new business development, mergers & acquisitions, and driving growth and strategic transformation in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

His global career spans across the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Africa, where he has worked with leading companies in sectors such as consumer products, international development, agriculture, telecommunications, utilities, healthcare, technology, and private equity. Leslie has contributed his leadership to iconic organizations like Nike Inc., Nike Foundation, Bain & Company and Dr. Martens PLC, as well as Dakine Inc., Altamont Capital Partners, Balmoral Funds, Roll International, and board roles with Blue Nile Inc., and LifeQ BV.

Leslie holds an MA in Chemistry from Oxford University, St. John’s College, and an MBA from Harvard University. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is an avid reader with a particular interest in global consumer trends, infrastructure, international trade, science, technology, and global affairs, as well as a husband and father to four boys.
