Lisa holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s degree in Global Affairs from George Mason University. Lisa’s research interests include U.S.-Ukraine relations, U.S.-Russia relations, human rights in post-Soviet states, as well as the role of the media in a democracy.
