Parker Watt is an American scholar and documentary filmmaker who recently completed a US Fulbright research grant in Estonia through a series of documentary short films covering the lives and work of Ukrainian artists in Estonia. Through the AABS Baumanis Grant for Creative Projects, Watt’s videos were premiered in September 2025 at VABAMU Museum of Occupations and Freedom in Tallinn. Watt received his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a minor in Slavic Languages and Literature from Stanford University.
