Patrick Lloyd Hatcher

Patrick Lloyd Hatcher is a retired Army intelligence officer and received a Ph.D. in History from the University of California, Berkeley. His most recent book is North Atlantic Civilization at War: The Battles of Sky, Sand, Snow, Sea, and Shore (Armonk, N.Y.: M.E. Sharpe, 1997).
