Rabia Zafar is a post-doctoral fellow at the U.S. Naval War College and a former intelligence officer at the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency. She holds a Ph.D. in international affairs from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a master’s from Columbia University. Dr. Zafar has taught a number of university courses on security strategies, religion and politics, comparative politics, and contemporary Pakistan. She has worked and traveled extensively in Pakistan and speaks fluent Urdu.
