Rafael E. Tarrago

Rafael E. Tarrago is Librarian for Iberian and Ibero-American Studies in the Win Library at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Campus. He has published widely on Cuban themes, including Early U.S.-Hispanic Relations, 1776-1860: An Annotated Bibliography (1994), and Experiencias politicas de los cubanos en la Cuba espanola, 1512-1898 (1996).
