Raphael Chan is a freelance researcher at the China Media Project in Hong Kong, where he has researched online public opinion and the overseas presence of Chinese media. He served as a research intern in FPRI’s Asia Program during the summer of 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong.
