Richard A. Bitzinger

Richard A. Bitzinger is a defense analyst with the Defense Budget Project, a nonprofit research and analysis center in Washington, D.C., that examines the impact of defense spending on national security policies. Prior to joining the Defense Budget Project, he was an analyst with the RAND Corporation and has also worked at the University of California, Los Angeles.
