Robert E. Carr is a graduate of the University of California and the Harvard Business School. A lifelong entrepreneur who has started several businesses, Mr. Carr is currently Chairman and CEO of In Silico Biosciences, Inc. Centered in Philadelphia, In Silico Biosciences, Inc. is a virtual biotech company, which specializes in computer modeling of central nervous system diseases such as Alzheimer’s and schizophrenia. Mr. Carr is married to Patricia Annino Esq. and has one son from a previous marriage. His special interest in foreign policy is how the cultural conflicts within the United States have altered the Western identity of the United States, upon which altered identity its foreign policy is now based.
