Silviu Kondan

Silviu Kondan is pursuing a master’s degree in European and Russian Affairs at the University of Toronto, Centre for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies (CERES). His specializations include minority integration and diaspora engagement policies in Central and Eastern Europe. Silviu, alongside his colleague Mridvika Sahajpal, are continuing to conduct primary research on the interaction between security and integration policies relating to the Russian-speaking population in Estonia.
