Stephen B. Presser is the Raoul Berger Professor of Legal History at Northwestern University School of Law and a professor of business law at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University. He is the author of several books on legal history and constitutional law, and is the legal affairs editor for Chronicles: A Magazine of American Culture.
