Steven Burns

Steven Burns is the Chief Director of Energy and Infrastructure for Europe and and Eurasia at USAID. He has served in senior positions at Sentech and Pace Global Energy Services. He received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and went on to receive his masters degree, also in mechanical engineering, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
