Tara Spencer is the Human Resources and Finance Manager at FPRI. She studied Political Science and Sociology at Howard University.

She brings over 20 years of administrative professionalism and has worked for the American Psychiatric Association as Membership Administrative Manager, and the United Negro College Fund as Executive Assistant to the CIO.

She is passionate about wake surfing, volunteering, and exploring nature.
