Vikram Singh
Vikram Singh is a Fellow at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), where he works on projects dealing with defense policy, special operations forces, and Asian security. Prior to joining CNAS he worked at the Department of Defense on counterinsurgency and stability operations, international security partnerships, and the 2006 Quadrennial Defense Review.
