“I’ve worked for a number of NGOs and think tanks, and it’s not easy to go between them. After working for a few NGOs, I wanted to do more analytical work and write about how to improve the delivery of US democracy assistance, so a think tank was a natural place to go. At FPRI, I joined a team that specializes in democratic transitions.”
