David J Trimbach

Dr. David J. Trimbach is a researcher at the Center for Public Partnerships & Research at the University of Kansas. His work focuses on civic capacity building, public policy, community development, and citizenship (in theory and practice). His recently completed dissertation (2016) critically examines citizenship, civic engagement, and political power among Estonia’s Russian-speaking population, with an emphasis on the City of Narva.
