Gabriela I. Rosa-Hernandez is a specialist in Russia’s security policy. Her recent research at CNA has focused on Russian strategic deterrence, Russia’s military medical service and its battlefield medicine practices, and the military thought of the Russian Armed Forces more broadly. She has significant in-country experience in Russia, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Georgia, and other countries in the region.
