Gabriela Iveliz Rosa-Hernandez is a Fellow in Eurasia Program at the Foreign Policy Research Institute and a Research Associate with the Arms Control Association. Prior to her work at FPRI, Gabriela was a research assistant at the International Crisis Group and the Baltic Defense College. She has also contributed to research for the US federal government on Russia. Gabriela holds an IntM in Central and East European, Russian and Eurasian Studies from the University of Glasgow and a BA from the University of Puerto Rico. She has also studied and lived in Russia, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Belgium, and other European countries under the auspices of prestigious scholarships. Her own research interests center on the Russian military and conventional arms control.
