Kenneth D.M. Jensen

Kenneth D. M. Jensen is a senior research associate at the Foreign Policy Research Institute in Philadelphia. In that capacity, he is pursuing a project seeking to identify and prioritize issues of national security and related tech and cyber issues. After a decade of college teaching and then several years of foundation giving. Jensen was a founding staff member and officer in the corporation, and first Research Director, at the U.S. Institute of Peace. After eight years at USIP, he was founding executive director (1995) of The American Committees on Foreign Relations, from which he retired in 2010.The author or editor of 14 books on a variety of international relations topics, his academic expertise is in modern Russian, Soviet, and East European history.
