Olga Khvostunova is a PhD student at Stony Brook University’s Political Science Department. Previously, she worked as a journalist at the Kommersant newspaper in Moscow and later as an editor and political analyst at the Institute of Modern Russia in New York and the Free Russia Foundation in Washington, DC.
