Suzanne Loftus is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow in the Eurasia Program at the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI). She is also Associate Professor of National Security Strategy at the National Defense University National War College. Previously, she was Associate Professor of National Security at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Germany, as well as a Global Fellow and member of the Advisory Council for the Wilson Center’s Kennan Institute. Her areas of expertise include Russia and post-Soviet states, strategic competition, and European security.
