Victor Liakh

Victor Liakh is the CEO of East Europe Foundation in Ukraine.

 

With 15+ years of experience, he has led impactful projects in innovation, e-governance, and reforms, mobilizing over $45M for development. He has built strong partnerships with donors, foundations, and authorities, driving social progress and implementing programs at regional and national levels. Joined the East Europe Foundation in 2008 as executive director, was in charge of program management and relations with donors. In 2012, was appointed president of the Foundation. From 2005 to 2008, was executive director of the Child Well-Being Fund Ukraine. Previously, worked at the Ukrainian State Center for Social Services for Youth (1996–2001) and for UNICEF (2000–2001).
