Yaël Mizrahi-Arnaud is a researcher at the Council on Foreign Relations, focusing on the history of the Middle-East peace process, Israeli politics, and Israeli relations with the Arab world. Previously, she worked as a senior research assistant at the Brookings Institution, and a project manager at the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation. She holds a master’s degree in international relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and has conducted research in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Israel, and the Palestinian territories.
