About the Event

Free Library Noon Time Lecture Series - This Event is In Person at the Free Library

Topic: Spying/Intelligence and Foreign Policy

Please join us at Parkway Central Library- HEIM Center for Cultural and Civic Engagement in discussion with Carol ‘Rollie’ Flynn, President, Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI).

What values does unsecured intelligence have to other countries? What is the risk when intel makes it out of the SCIF?  How does something get out?  How are classifications determined?

A SCIF (pronounced “skiff”) is a sensitive compartmented information facility. It's an ultra-secure room where officials and government contractors take extraordinary precautions to review highly classified information.

No registration required.

FPRI is happy to provide this event free of charge thanks to the generous support of our members, partners, and event attendees. If you are not currently a member, the suggested donation is $25.
